General Membership Meeting Sunday, December 9th at 4:30 pm

Seen the LAB at the Library yet?  Now is your chance for a hands-on experience!  Members are invited for “Crafts, Cocoa and Cookies” at our General Membership Meeting on December 9th at 4:30 pm in the LAB (Learn And Build) for an introduction to the LAB facilities.  Members will have an opportunity to try their hand at a variety of crafts using new equipment.

Not a member?  Join at our December 9th meeting by paying our low annual membership fee!  In doing so, you will help foster and support programs at our wonderful Wells Branch Community Library.  FOL are a non-profit group who supports the library by volunteering , advocacy and fundraising for the library’s needs.  We especially focus on raising funds for the Summer and Winter Reading Programs and First Friday events as well as other programs at the WBCL.  An active and growing membership can be an important criteria when the library solicits grants and donations.  Please consider joining the FOL, with a tax deductible membership.

There will be an election of officers at the December 9th meeting.  Anyone interested in becoming a Board member of the FOL should email fol.wblibrary@gmail.com.

We hope to see existing as well as new members at the meeting.

SAVE THE DATE: Another HUGE Community Garage Sale Saturday, March 30, 2019

Save the date for the Spring Community Library Garage Sale in the library parking lot on Saturday, March 30th from 7am to Noon.  Book a space and we’ll send lots of customers your way!  You KEEP all your profits!

Let the FOL help you declutter this Spring! If you have things to donate, give those extra items to the FOL booth for our fundraiser.  Donations may be dropped off at the library from 2-8pm on Friday March 29th or rent a booth space and sell your own treasures.

Concessions will be available for purchase courtesy of the Friends of the Library.  Proceeds from concession sales and items sold in the FOL booth benefit library programs.  Spaces are NOT YET AVAILABLE until closer to the date but start saving items to either donate to the FOL or sell in your own booth when they become available!

Keep checking this site for more information; reservation forms will be available here in February.
